What we keep

For a demo: your artist name, email, links, message, the track and the clip you chose. For a paid service: your name, email and billing details (handled by Stripe — we never see your card) and the files you upload.

Why

Only to review your demo and send you feedback, to contact you about your music, and to deliver services you've paid for. No newsletters unless you ask, and we never sell or share your details.

Who processes it

Files are stored with Cloudflare (R2), the site runs on Vercel, payments go through Stripe, and demos are analysed with AI listening tools (Google Gemini via OpenRouter) — your music is not used to train them by us.

How long

Demos and their feedback are kept for up to 2 years, then deleted. Order files are deleted 90 days after delivery. Billing records are kept as long as the law requires.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data at any time by writing to us (the contact address is on our emails and social pages). You can also complain to the Data Protection Commission in Ireland.
